Rob Grace, shop manager for Cindy Rowe Auto Glass in Harrisburg, Pa., will compete in this year's Third Annual Auto Glass Technician Olympics (AGTO). Grace, 36, has 13 years experience in the industry and is a second-time competitor in the AGTO. Grace and his wife, Kelly, have two children, Madison and Trenton.
