Harmon Solutions Group Names Marketing Director and National Sales Director

Harmon Solutions Group LLC has hired Melissa Tekautz as director of marketing and Kathleen M. Carter as national sales director.

In her new role has director of marketing, Tekautz will oversee the marketing of claims management services to policyholders, agents and other individuals to encourage high compliance within the programs administered by Harmon Solutions Group.

Tekautz joins Harmon Solutions Group with more than 14 years experience at Harmon AutoGlass, most recently as marketing and merchandising manager. Tekautz received her bachelor's degree in business from Bethel College in St. Paul, Minn.

In Carter's new role as national sales director, she will be the key contact for national insurance customers.
Carter joins Harmon Solutions Group with more than 20 years of national account experience. She returns to the claims management business after a sojourn in the performance improvement industry.
