Heinauer Teaches Classes to Insurance Agents

Paul Heinauer, president of Charleston, S.C.-based Glasspro Inc. and a certified South Carolina Department of Insurance instructor, recently taught two Continuing Education courses to local insurance agents.

One of the two classes, "Sticking to Safety - The Value of Adhesives in Windshield Safety" was offered for the first time in South Carolina on March 18 in Myrtle Beach, according to Heinauer. A second class, "Aftermarket Parts Usage for Insurers," also was included in the Myrtle Beach course as well.

On March 27, Heinauer taught both classes to local insurance agents in Charleston as well.

Agents who attended these two courses received three Continuing Education credits for each course as approved by the South Carolina Department of Insurance.

"Continuing Education is more important than ever in the dynamic auto glass repair industry. Since auto glass claims represent the number one comprehensive insurance claim, Glasspro believes it is vital that we make available the latest information to all Lowcountry insurance agents," Heinauer says.
