89Glass's Chad Kreutz Promoted to National Director of
Glass
Chad Kreutz, manager of 89Glass, has been named national director of
glass at parent company RBS Interactive. In this new post he will direct
the company's nationwide auto glass efforts, including 89Glass, the division
he previously managed.
Mr. Kreutz's promotion reflects the growing market for online auto glass
advertising and sales. In addition to www.89Glass.com, RBS Interactive
is slated to release two new auto glass services in 2006, the company
said.
Before taking the helm of 89Glass, Mr. Kreutz was a congressional campaign
manager and political consultant. While manager of 89Glass, he implemented
more effective systems of customer service training and developed an efficient
call routing program in the call center.
In addition, he led strategic planning initiatives that resulted in frequent
site improvements to 89Glass.com.
"Chad is an outstanding leader and thinker," said Rob Schmidt,
president and chief executive officer of RBS Interactive. "As National
Director of Glass he'll be in a strong position to make a positive impact
on the auto glass industry."
Since it was founded in 2000, 89Glass has grown into an online leader
in nationwide auto glass marketing. 89Glass offers auto glass replacement
from over 1100 locations across the US and works with every auto insurance
company in the nation. 89Glass was one of the first websites to offer
free instant online auto glass quotes at www.89Glass.com.
