Leach Leaves Kryger Glass, Joins Belron Inc.

glassBYTES.com™ has confirmed that Dave Leach has left Kryger Glass, of Kansas City, Mo. Leach, who served there as vice president, has accepted the position of vice president of Belron Inc. Colorado and Wyoming.

In his new position, Leach will be responsible for the sales and operation of 17 stores throughout Colorado and Wyoming, as well as assuming profit and loss responsibility for the area in his bailiwick. He will report to Wes Topping, president of Belron Inc., and will start in his new position on May 15.

"We're very excited to have Dave with us and we look forward to a long-term future with him," said Topping.

Leach is an active member of the Independent Glass Association as well as a member of the board of directors of the Chicago Auto Glass Group (CAGG). CAGG has been working on an alternative pricing system to the National Auto Glass Standard (NAGS). Belron purchased Topping's company, Elite Auto Glass, in 2005 and has since also acquired Windshield Pros of Murrieta, Calif., Auto Glass Specialists in Madison, Wis., and Maverick Glass in Phoenix, Ariz.
