You are invited to join a network of independent glazing installation centers that will be the first shops contacted to serve residential and commercial insurance claims administered by Safelite Solutions LLC. After your business is added to this network of providers, you will have the opportunity to service policyholders who need your products and installation capabilities.

To help you become better acquainted with the network, here are some answers to the questions that are frequently asked about the benefits of membership:

How are claims distributed to glazing installation centers?
First notice of loss (FNOL) calls are answered at the Safelite Solutions LLC call center and work is dispatched to network members based on service proximity or customer preference. When a claim is dispatched to your business, all you need to do is contact the policyholder and arrange convenient times to create an estimate and complete the work. Safelite Solutions LLC handles the claims management and payment process on behalf of the insurance carrier.

How do I apply for network membership?
Applying for network membership begins when you fill-out and return the attached form to Safelite Solutions LLC. It is free of charge to apply and there are no initial obligations. After your application is reviewed, you will receive a Network Agreement. Upon signing the Network Agreement and sending it to Safelite Solutions LLC you will be added to the database of glazing installation centers.

What are the membership requirements?
The current membership requirements are outlined in the Network Agreement that will be sent to you after your initial application is reviewed.
