Lubner Profiled in New Book on Leadership

Belron chief executive officer (CEO) Gary Lubner was profiled as an example of a "connected leader" in a new book titled The Connected Leader by Emmanuel Gobillot.

In the book, published by Kogan Page, Gobillot discusses the meaning of "leadership" in the context of effective management techniques for today's business climate. Within this framework, Lubner is profiled in a chapter called "The case for connected leadership," in which Gobillot provides his definition of a "connected leader." In this chapter Gobillot discusses the qualities that make a "connected leader" effective.

Gobillot utilizes anecdotes from Lubner's life, in addition to the author's experiences following Lubner to supplement Gobillot's assertions that Lubner is an effective, "connected leader."
