Mainstreet Computers Inc., the Belleville, Mich.-headquartered computer software solutions company, has become the most recent company to sponsor the first ever Auto Glass Technician Olympics™ to be held October 17-18, 2005 at the Rio All Suites Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nev.

Mainstreet is the latest in an influx of computer software companies supporting the event.

"We are a part of this industry and we want to be supportive and give back to it. This is a way we can do just that. Many of our customers are facing tough times and we want to be encouraging. That's important right now when the economy is not so favorable and the glass industry is facing a lot of pressure," said Mark Haeck, Mainstreet's sales manager, on why the company chose to get involved. "It'll be something fun and positive and I think it's a good thing, and with it being on the heels of the AGRSS Conference, that really helps."
