candidate John McCain may have wrapped up the Republican nomination
for president yesterday, but he was courting the auto glass industry
just a few weeks ago. McCain made a surprise walk through at the
Harmon Solutions Group’s National Insurance Summit while on the
Florida campaign trail. The event was held in Tampa, Fla., on January
28—the day before the Florida primary, in which McCain ultimately
proved victorious.
“It’s was pretty exciting,” said HSG president Paul Gross, who
arranged the visit.
