NACE Space Draw Date Approaching

The International Autobody Congress & Exposition (NACE) being held in Las Vegas, during Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW), is conducting the annual space draw to determine initial assignment of exhibit space at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The exposition takes place November 4-6 (Thursday-Saturday); the Conference begins Wednesday, November 3 and continues through Saturday, November 6. This date/day pattern represents a new schedule configuration for NACE.

To qualify for the space draw, prospective exhibitors are required to return their contracts and deposits to NACE show management (Hanley Wood Exhibitions) no later than March 9, 2004. The assignment process begins on March 15, 2004. Companies not participating in the space draw will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis after the draw.

"Early indications [contracts received] point to a strong participation of companies coming in for the space draw. We've received firm commitments from major paint companies of their return to the show. This is very good news for the event and the industry as a whole," said Dana Bellantone, NACE show director. "A successful space draw will set in motion the synergy that NACE has become known for throughout the years. NACE 2004 and all the positive changes taking place, shows a great deal of promise and we're very excited."
