NAGS Calculator Takes Effect September 10 with Average Price Increase
of .68 Percent
The Fall 2007 NAGS calculator is now available and is set to take
effect on September 10, 2007. glassBYTEs.com™/AGRR magazine
compared the newest catalog prices on the top 20 most popular parts
with the May prices, along with the prices from September 2006,
and found that there was an average price increase of .68 percent
since the May release. Compared with a year ago, on average, prices
of the top 20 increased by 2.57 percent.
Most of the parts on the list saw a price increase of less than
1 percent, though one did see a price increase of more than a full
3 percent and two others also topped 2 percent. However, the prices
on seven part numbers fell this time, from as little as .05 percent
(10 cents) to .95 percent ($1.80).
