PPG Names Goudy VP of Automotive Aftermarket

Pittsburgh-based PPG Industries has named Garry A. Goudy vice president of the company's automotive aftermarket division. The move puts him in charge of the automotive replacement glass and insurance and services, in addition to the automotive refinish coatings segment, of which he has been vice president since 2001.

A native of Meaford, Ontario, Goudy joined PPG Canada in 1970 and held several positions with the company, including Toronto regional sales manager, glass manager and flat glass sales manager, Ontario. In 1988, Goudy moved to PPG's Pittsburgh headquarters as general manager of North American glass branch distribution, and in 1997 was named vice president of automotive replacement glass.
