Pilkington Acquires Warehouse in Michigan

Pilkington has expanded its distribution network with the purchase of a warehouse in Traverse City, Mich., from Saf-Ti Glass Distributors on December 1. The facility is operating under the Pilkington name. Pilkington also has warehouses in Saginaw and Grand Rapids, Mich.

Saf-Ti Glass, a full-service provider, continues to operate its warehouses in Livonia and Troy, Mich. The company is part of Diversified Glass Services Inc., Rochester Hills, Mich., which is also the parent company for Henderson Glass and Great Lakes Claim Services.
