AGRR magazine/glassBYTES newsletter has learned that Safelite has filed a response to the Independent Glass Association's (IGA) lawsuit. The lawsuit was filed in February and alleges illegal steering, systematic short pays, illegal invoice fees for non-affiliated shops and unlicensed insurance adjusting by the network.

GlassBYTES is in the process of getting a copy of the court documents and will report further information as it becomes available.
