Safelite Group Promotes Thomas Feeney to Chief Client Officer

The Columbus, Ohio-based Safelite Group has announced the promotion of Thomas M. Feeney to executive vice president and chief client officer. In his new role, Feeney will oversee all aspects of the company's claims management business, operating under Safelite Solutions LLC, including client partnerships, contact center, billing services operations, network management and local and national insurance sales.

"Tom's promotion reflects his dedication and hard work in making Safelite Solutions a premier provider of property and casualty insurance claims management services," said Dan Wilson, president and chief executive officer of the Safelite Group.

In his 16 years of service with Safelite, Feeney has held numerous operations and sales leadership positions including senior vice president, retail operations and, most recently, senior vice president, client sales and support.
