Safelite Solutions Reassures Network Shops: Nothing Will Change

AGRR shops that are also members of the Safelite network have reported receiving a fax from the third party administrator (TPA) providing information about the recent news of its purchase by Belron and what to expect in the coming months.

The fax, signed by the vice president of claims services, indicates there is no planned change in how the program works

. "I want to assure you the insurance and fleet programs that Safelite Solutions manages today will not change. As a Network Participant, your preferred position and status within these programs will not change," he wrote.

The letter also refers inquiries about the changes to the SGC website and encourages recipients to contact "your SGC Network contract manager" with additional questions.
