Sika Adds Loven to Management Group

The Madison Heights, Mich.-based Sika Corp. has named William E. Loven to the extended group management of the Sika Group. Loven is senior vice president of Sika's Industry Division and responsible for industry operations throughout the U.S.A. With this latest promotion, Loven, in addition to his current responsibilities, will act in an advisory function to the worldwide group management team of the Sika Group.

Prior to taking his position at Sika in 2000, Loven spent five years at ITW Plexus, where he was general manager. During that period he established Plexus as the leading brand of structural adhesive used in the composites and boat building industries. Loven began his career with 17 years at Henkel where he was involved with various positions in sales, marketing and technical service for hot melt adhesives, as well as, cyanoacrylate and anaerobic adhesives.
