Survival Guide for Auto Glass Week in Las Vegas

Are you going to Auto Glass Week in Las Vegas next week? If so, here is your very own survival guide for tackling the mammoth event.

First, when you arrive at the Mandalay Bay, unless you've been there before, you're likely to be a little surprised and overwhelmed by the size of the facility. Not only is the hotel alone massive, but it's connected to a very large convention center, where all of the events will be held. Just follow the signs, though, and you'll get there—and make sure you're wearing comfortable shoes for the walk.

When you make it to the convention center, you're going to see a lot of signs for registration—because NACE is also a large event in itself. But, if you're attending any of the events related to auto glass—the Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standard (AGRSS) Conference, the Independent Glass Association (IGA) Fall Conference, the National Windshield Repair Association's (NWRA) Annual Conference, the Third Annual Auto Glass Technician Olympics (AGTO) or the Second Annual Walt Gorman Memorial Windshield Repair Olympics (WRO), look for the Islander registration desk on the lower level of the Mandalay Bay Convention Center to pick up badges. This is not in the main registration area.

Once you register for any of these events, your badge will also gain you complimentary admission to all of the events at the Auto Glass Expo @ NACE, with the exception of the auto glass training demonstration.
