Travelers Launches New Network Contract; Offers New Feature on Site Travelers Insurance has informed its network participants that a new provider contract will go into effect next Friday, November 30, 2007. The new contract is available for review on www.eGlassClaim.net for registered users. Shops that do not wish to accept the new terms may dissolve their contractors prior to November 30. In addition, the says a new feature is available to Travelers participants on the eGlassClaim.net site, which will allow a shop to enter alternative pricing terms on part pricing, labor pricing or both. Travelers says it will refer assignments for glass-only claims only when the insured does not have a preference, and in this case, an algorithm that takes into account customer convenience, customer service levels and pricing will be utilized to assign the job.
