Vegas Luck Smiles Upon NACE $10,000 Winner

NACE registered attendees had the opportunity to win a $10,000 cash grand prize by dropping entry tickets, which they received with registration, into five different tumblers located throughout the show floor and at various event locations. To play the odds, attendees had to decide what tumbler to place their tickets in, as tumblers were not combined, but treated as independent drawings. The grand-prize winner was selected from the five qualifiers (one from each tumbler).

Betty Osborn, co-owner of Quality Paint and Body, Inc. in Greeley, Colo., walked away the winner of the $10,000 cash prize.
"After attending NACE for years, winning this amount of cash was delightful, to say the least. We haven't yet decided what to do with the money, but we'll most likely invest in additional education for our employees - perhaps set back a good bit of it for NACE 2007 registration and travel expenses. NACE continues to expose our staff to a level of professionalism that we strive to attain each and every day," said Osborn, a 21-year veteran of the collision repair industry.

NACE 2007 will be held October 31-November 3, at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. The educational Conference will run from October 31-November 3 (Wednesday-Saturday), and the Exposition will take place Nov. 1-3 (Thursday-Saturday). The event will again be held during Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW), taking place that same week in Las Vegas.
