Wall Street Finds Windshields

Yesterday's Wall Street Journal featured a column highlighting some of the new technologies featured in today's windshields.

The column gave a quick survey of the more user-friendly assets being built into windshields, including reflecting UV rays and some sound damping technologies.

Additionally, the article discussed the gains in fuel economy to be had by windshields having steeper rakes. Highlighted was the 2007 Honda Civic, which features the company's steepest windshield to date with an angle of 21.9 degrees.
