Contestant Close Up: Michael Curl

AGRR magazine and the GlassBYTEs.com daily email newsletter are marking the days until the Windshield Repair Olympics by introducing this year's competitor field with a daily contestant profile.

Glass Pro Systems owner Michael Curl will bring his 11 years of experience in the windshield repair industry, four performance awards for innovative machining and two company utility patents for glass repair to the competition at the Windshield Repair Olympics in Las Vegas later this week.

The father of two children, Curl enjoys flying aircrafts, fishing and hunting.

The Windshield Repair Olympics is sponsored by AGRR magazine. The event follows on the heels of the National Windshield Repair Association Conference. Both events, along with the Auto Glass Replacement Safety Standard (AGRSS) Conference and Auto Glass Technician Olympics (AGTO) are co-located this year with the Auto Glass Expo @ NACE.
The events will be held November 1-4, 2006 at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas.
