Russell J. Corsi, PPG's manager of ARG technical services, will retire on January 3, 2005, after 31 years of service.

Corsi joined PPG in 1973 as a methods engineer at the Creighton windshield manufacturing plant. He was appointed programmer analyst in 1976 and supervisor of production control in 1979. In 1986, Corsi moved to the branch distribution business in 1986 where he held increasingly more responsible inventory, marketing, and distribution management positions before being named regional architectural metals manager in 1991. In 1994, he moved to the aircraft products business and in 1997, he was appointed to his current position.
