Dakotaland Autoglass Inc., of Sioux Falls, S.D., has sent a letter to its customers saying that it will not implement the new NAGS rebalancing on February 28.
Here is the text of the letter.

Dear Dakotaland Autoglass Customers,

NAGS is moving forward with their rebalancing on February 28, 2005. I know all of you have been concerned and confused on how to proceed with this change.

Dakotaland Autoglass will not be utilizing the Feb. 28th rebalancing and will continue to use the current discounts with the NAGS September 6, 2004 calculator and addendums already in place.

We do not understand the change nor do we feel that it is the right solution to the ongoing pricing problems in our industry. We do feel that a new method needs to be presented and will continue to do what we can to help establish a better way.
