A few of these tidbits are as follows:
· Belron US is made up of 6,500 associates.
· The company's total annual call volume is 13 million.
· One-hundred percent of its calls are digitally recorded.
· The company reviews 7 to 10 percent of the calls.
· On average, the company pays bills 11 days after receipt.
· Belron US trains 200 techs a year "from the ground up."
· All techs undergo drug tests and criminal background checks.
· About half the glass that Belron US installs comes from Enfield, N.C.
· The company's website receives approximately 24,000 visitors a week.
