Diamond Triumph Auto Glass Inc. Acquires Agents Auto Glass

Diamond Triumph Auto Glass Inc. (DT), headquartered in Kingston, Pa., has announced that it has acquired Agents Auto Glass, based in Stoughton, Mass. Agents Auto Glass is a family-owned, single branch operation that handles work in both the flat and auto glass markets.

"Our primary focus will be to learn from Agents in order to build on our existing relationships in the insurance segment. Our plans are to keep the Agents brand and not disrupt the current level of service the customers enjoy," said DT's president, Karen Christopher. "This acquisition is another step in showing our full commitment to the Massachusetts market".

"The Agents' customers will benefit by having expanded access and service opportunities. This acquisition provides our customers with three brands to choose from in Massachusetts. These brands include Triumph Auto Glass, Settles Glass Company and Agents Auto Glass," added DT chief executive officer Doug Boyle.

Carla Greco who served as president of Agents Auto Glass will now serve in a key sales role for Diamond Triumph Auto Glass.
