days until the Auto Glass Technician Olympics by introducing this year's
competitor field with a daily contestant profile.
Diamond Glass Company is sending six contestants to the Auto Glass Technician
Olympics, including Scott Darrah, Ken Lobdell and Art Mastrilli, all of
whom will be competing for the first time.
Married with two children, Darrah brings 14 years of experience in auto
glass installation to the competition. In his spare time, he enjoys attending
fishing, hunting and playing the guitar.
Lobdell, will bring his four and half years of experience to the competition.
The father of four is engaged to Vicky Willoughby and enjoys music and
fishing.
Mastrilli is married with one daughter and brings 28 years of experience
in auto glass installation to the competition. In his spare time, he enjoys
golfing, fishing and hunting.
All three men will be using SIKA brand adhesives at the competition.
The Auto Glass Technician Olympics, now in its second year, is co-sponsored
by the Independent Glass Association (IGA) and AGRR magazine. The
event follows on the heels of the second annual Auto Glass Replacement
Safety Standard (AGRSS) Conference and both events, along with the National
Windshield Repair Association Conference and the Windshield Repair Olympics
are co-located this year with the Auto Glass Expo @ NACE.
The events will be held November 1-4, 2006 at the Mandalay Bay Convention
Center in Las Vegas.
