F. Barkow Inc. will be offering an exclusive plant tour on Friday, October 15, 2004 as an added activity for Glass Expo Midwest (GEMS) attendees. Family owned and operated since 1879, the company is hosting the tour as part of celebrating its 125th anniversary. Company president John Weise will conduct the tour, allowing attendees to see where and how the company's carriers are built. The company will also raffle off prizes to tour participants.

As attendees enter the plant, they will each be issued a raffle ticket (one per attendee) to win one of three (3) prizes. Attendees must be present to win (raffle available only to those who are present at the tour.)

Attendees interested in participating in the plant tour are to meet at the show registration area at 7:50 a.m. where a guide will meet and escort tour attendees to the van area. Refreshments will be provided at the conclusion of the tour, with an anticipated return to the Expo by 10:00 a.m.

The prizes, listed below, are not redeemable for cash; the cash value of the grand prize may not be applied to an existing order; and the winners must claim prizes by October 14, 2005.

Glass Expo Midwest™ 2004 will be held October 14-15, 2004 at the Four Points by Sheraton Milwaukee Airport in Milwaukee, Wis. and is co-sponsored by the Wisconsin, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, and Ohio Glass Associations, The Detroit Glass Dealers Association, and The Association of Glazing Contractors and USGlass, AGRR, DWM, SHELTER and WINDOW FILM magazines.
