Following suggestions from readers regarding yesterday's glassBYTEs.com™/AGRR story, "Oregon Shops Rate State Farm High in New Study; Progressive, Allstate and Others Rated D+ or Lower," glassBYTEs.com will be conducting its own survey of readers about how they rate the insurers with which they work. The survey referred to in yesterday's story was conducted by the Northwest Automotive Trades Association (NATA) and surveyed collision shops in Oregon specifically as to how they would rate the insurers they work with. The survey will begin on Monday, March 10, and a different insurer will be rated by readers each day. Please e-mail
