Glas-Weld, the Bend, Ore. based windshield repair equipment supplier, is holding a two-day windshield repair certification class September 14 and 15 and a two-day conference September 16 and 17. Both will be at the Governor Hotel in downtown Portland.

For the certification school, the company says it had added new content about the science of windshield repair.

Seminar topics for the conference include selling value, pricing your services, insurance updates, technician panels, licensing and other industry issues and emerging business opportunities.

Larry Sirhall is the keynote speaker at the event. His talk is titled Selling Your Value. He has over 22 years of experience in sales, marketing and customer service.

A slate of social events is on the agenda as well.
