Mitchell GlassMate Certified for GLAXIS Technology ClaimLaunch
Capability
Mitchell Glass, a division of Mitchell International, has been certified
to use ClaimLaunch, or electronic notice of loss by GLAXIS, in an upcoming
version of GlassMate® point-of-sale software.
"We are pleased that GlassMate software has been certified on GLAXIS®
technology's ClaimLaunch feature," said Betsy Evanoff, sales manager,
GLAXIS. "This enables even more glass shops to create their own claims
within software they use every day."
James Patterson, director of glass product management at Mitchell International,
said, "Electronic notice of loss (eNOL) is an exciting improvement
to the efficiencies enjoyed by GlassMate software customers. ClaimLaunch
will continue to reduce the amount of time shops spend verifying coverage."
GlassMate software adds eNOL to its services already offered through GLAXIS
technology, including electronic assignments and authorizations. Adoption
of new GlassMate software with increased GLAXIS capabilities is quickly
growing.
