"With Paul's strategic and operational strengths, he will bring innovative alternatives and solutions to the claims management industry," said Dina Dwyer-Owens, president and chief executive officer of The Dwyer Group. "His dedication and commitment to bringing new and innovative solutions to our insurance and fleet partners is second to none."
"I am honored to be working with such an outstanding organization and delighted to serve in this new capacity," said Gross. "HSG, under its new ownership, is in the process of creating a paradigm shift in the auto glass industry. We have the unique ability to deliver unprecedented service and unparalleled severity control to our customers; creating value and much needed competition for the insurance and fleet management community. All of this is achieved through our unique distribution model where we capitalize on the strength of local entrepreneurs while simultaneously harnessing their collective buying power to create the most compelling cost structure in the industry, thereby enabling us to pass that value on to our customers."
