Harmon Solutions Group, LLC has hired Adriann Dalton as vice president of administration.

Dalton has more than 20 years of business experience in marketing, operations, technology and customer service. Most notably, she spent 8 years with Safelite Auto Glass working to help bring many key strategic initiatives to market, including a mobile-only business unit, independent repair unit and rolling out a national call center program.

Prior to joining Harmon Solutions Group, Dalton spent the past two years working as director of operations for high-end fashion retailer, Bluefly, Inc and has played a significant role in achieving year-over-year growth in sales and profits, while managing their day-to-day business operations.

She holds an MBA degree, with a concentration in Marketing and a B.S. Degree in Management-Science.
