Harmon Solutions Group (HSG), an independent Third Party Administrator providing auto and property claim administration services headquartered in Eau Clare, Wis., recently announced the appointment of Eric Solis to the position of vice president, account operations and affiliate services. In this role, Mr. Solis will oversee all aspects of affiliate and account services, including price strategies, day-to-day client account operations and contract negotiations.

Prior to his new role, Solis was employed as director, national account operations, where he made significant contributions to the organization incorporating new technological solutions that streamline operations, maximize overall corporate performance and improve service to clients and policyholders. In addition, he was instrumental to the growth of the Company's affiliate services division and its call center migration to operate under HSG management.
