Judge Issues Summary Judgment In Long Crack Repair Case; Dismisses All Claims

U.S. District Judge Robert E. Blackburn has dismissed the claims brought against State Farm and LYNX Services in the civil case brought against them by Richard Campfield and his company, UltraBond. Campfield sued the insurance giant and third party administrator, alleging tortuous interference and unfair or deceptive trade practices in violation of the Colorado Consumer Protection Act. By ruling against Campfield and his company, the judge has dismissed all claims and ended the lawsuit.
