In addition to users' guides, email and phone support and web updates, Mainstreet customers can now access tutorials through the point of sale based on the customer website. Tutorials are fully animated and narrated for those who have audio on their computer; they will serve to further assist customers in getting the most out of their glass business software.
"These on-line tutorials take our support capabilities to a whole new level that I don't think is matched by our competition.
