The 2005 National Auto Glass Specifications (NAGS) Rebalancing becomes effective on February 28, 2005. To help those in the industry seeking to prepare for the change, NAGS has made an analysis tool available.

The tool, designed to give the industry information to help understand the magnitude of the changes as they relate to different organizations, is available on disk and comes in an Excel format. The disks contain the top 700 glass parts as well as the pricing analysis tool and include the part number, previous benchmark price, rebalanced price, benchmark price percentage change, adhesive quantity and labor hours. They can be purchased for $50 for one copy and $10 for each subsequent copy.
