Area Wide Auto Glass in Katy, Texas, is one of eight companies accused of violating the state's no-call law. The suit, brought by the Texas Public Utility Commission and State Attorney General Greg Abbott, reached a settlement on Wednesday, the Dallas Business Journal reported.
