Pennsylvania Collision Trade Guild: Website Lists Recent Complaints Against Insurers

The Pennsylvania Collision Trade Guild (PCTG) has launched a website meant to help educate consumers about their rights post-accident and "assist the collision repair industry to achieve proper compliance of The Pennsylvania Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraiser Act, The Pennsylvania Unfair Insurance Practices Act and corresponding regulations."

The website posts the ten most recent complaints against insurance agents or agencies and the party complaining. It also provides consumers and collision companies a form to file complaints and offers a legislative section that provides visitors to links about laws as well as information on contacting legislators in different branches of the government.
