Knowledgeable sources familiar with ongoing negotiations have been told that PPG will have an announcement about the possible sale of PPG auto glass businesses in the next few months, "possibly by the end of the summer," one source said.

glassBYTEs.com™/AGRR Magazine ran a story in February announcing that PPG had sought the services of Goldman Sachs to "explore the sale of its automotive OEM glass and automotive replacement glass and services businesses, including LYNX Service, LLC."
