Reader's Speak Out: AGRR to Publish Results of Rate the Insurers Survey

Several months ago, AGRR magazine asked its readership to rate the insurers. Survey takers were asked to evaluate the insurance companies on several different aspects, including how knowledgeable and helpful the customer service representatives are, to how quickly shops get paid. The results are in.

According to AGRR editor Charles Cumpston, the most fundamental questions asked were "How easy is the insurance company to work with overall?" and "How do you rate the insurance company's offer-and-acceptance terms?" The answers may surprise you.
