eDirectGlass Offers Rebate for Switch

Electronic service provider eDirectGlass is offering what it calls a "Regret Rebate" equal to the first year of any of its TSM product support and NAGS licensing at no cost to shops that have purchased another point of sale product. Also, shops that have made a POS system purchase in the last 90 days will receive the first two months of any eDirectGlass TSM product free of charge.

"When AGRR shop owners and managers have purchased other industry point-of-sale systems, they have no way to obtain a refund or transfer their support and NAGS licensing to another POS provider," explains Gary Hart CEO of eDirectGlass.

"The Regret Rebate is meant to appeal to the AGRR shops with differing business needs and experience levels. eDirectGlass is offering this incentive for AGRR shops to make the necessary migration to improved claims processing and shop management technology without suffering further financial strain," he adds.
