The CBS news affiliate in Phoenix, Ariz., delved into the issue of windshield repair earlier this week and auto glass repair shop owner Gary Gifford took notice. Gifford, who is watching the Repair of Laminated Auto Glass Repair Standard (ROLAGS) proposed standard and its evolution closely, is working on a formal statement to be submitted to ROLAGS, which is open to public comments until December 12, 2005.
