Elite Auto Glass Employee Shot at Work by Estranged Husband

An employee at Elite Auto Glass, the Denver-based regional auto glass repair and replacement business, was shot while at work yesterday, according to a report in the Denver Post.

The employee, who was not named in the article, was taken to University Hospital and is expected to survive. Police in Commerce City are looking for the employee's estranged husband, 40-year-old Brian Fossey, who is described as 6 feet tall and 200 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Authorities are cautioning residents that Fossey should be considered armed and dangerous.
