Sika Corp., Madison Heights, Mich., has issued a clarification on the press release it issued concerning the appointment of William L. Pringle as the new senior vice president of the company's industry division.

The new material reads: Prior to accepting his position with Sika, Pringle spent three years at Owen's Corning Automotive where most recently he was director of North American OEMs. He was also with Dow Automotive for twelve years where he held a number of positions.
