Solera Files for IPO Solera Holdings, LLC, a claims software company catering to the automotive insurance industry, recently filed for an initial public offering with the Federal Securities and Exchange Commission to become a publicly traded company. President and chief executive officer Tony Aquila, formerly served as president and CEO or Mitchell International, Inc., parent company to the National Autoglass Specifications (NAGS). Two other Mitchell alums, John Schwinn and Michael Conley are now serving as senior vice president and vice president, respectively.
