John G. Miller to be CARS 2004 Keynote Speaker

The Automotive Service Association (ASA) has announced that John G. Miller, author and organizational development speaker, will serve as keynote speaker at the 2004 Congress of Automotive Repair and Service (CARS). Sponsored by ASA's Mechanical Division, CARS will be held Nov. 4-6, 2004 at the Flamingo Las Vegas during Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW).

Miller's message promises to help CARS attendees make personal accountability and responsibility a core value in their automotive repair facilities. Miller's "Personal Accountability and QBQ" attempts to eliminate blame, complaining and procrastination in attendees' lives. Practical messages from his book "QBQ! The Question Behind the Question" will be incorporated throughout the keynote address.

A graduate of Cornell University, Miller has been actively involved in the organizational development and speaking industry since 1986. Similar keynote presentations have been delivered to DaimlerChrysler AG, General Motors Corp., American Express and Sprint.
