Carl Tompkins, western state area manager for Sika Corp. and an award-winning speaker who has enthralled audiences for the past 20 years, returns to the Independent Glass Association's Independents' Days National Convention to deliver the keynote address, Utilizing Your Resources for Business Success.

The keynote address on Friday, February 25, 2005, Tompkins will highlight resources already available for each glass shop and explain how to better utilize these resources to help improve revenue and profits.

The IGA's Independents' Days National Convention and Spring Glass Show 2005 will be held at the Rosen Plaza Hotel in Orlando, Fla., February 24-26, 2005.
