Is Vandalism on the Rise Across States?

It's not unusual for glassBYTES.com staff to find-and run-stories under the consumer reports section of the newsletter regarding large-scale vandalism in different communities across the country. Such stories seem to pop up at least monthly, if not weekly.

Yesterday, however, must've been a big day on the vandal circuit. At least three different communities across the country reported large-scale vandalism to personal vehicles and at least one city vehicle-a police cruiser parked outside the home of the officer driving it.
