Judge Denies Several Motions in GlasWeld-Boyle Case

The judge overseeing the GlasWeld-Boyle case in the U.S. District Court of Oregon, Eugene division, has denied Mike and Christopher Boyles’ motions to set a trial date, disqualify GlasWeld’s attorney and exclude plaintiff’s evidence on damages.
